Williams Academy was established to provide all students with the tools to become productive, responsible citizens through a partnership with the family and community working together to provide the necessary resources and support to produce a positive educational environment essential for learning.

Mission

The mission of the Bertha B. Williams Academy is to ensure that enrolled students achieve steady growth in academics and character development through a personalized student education program delivered in a safe and child centered environment free of violence, drugs, and fear.

Philosophy

The philosophy of the Bertha B. Williams Academy is that each child is recognized as a unique individual with individual interests, abilities, and needs.

Pitti Immagine Bimbo Kids Trade Show

Pitti Immagine Bimbo just had their 71st Kids Trade Show in Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Italy. The event took place from June 24-26. There were 539 brands at the exhibit for everyone to view. They describe it as a "journey through the world of children’s fashion".  This "world" was divided into 8 different sections: Pitti Bimbo, Sport Generation, New View, Kids’ Design, SuperStreet, EcoEthic, Apartment, Pop Up Stores! 

Sounds like a fabulous event! I have to get my ticket ready for next year. FLORENCE, ITALY here I come!

I love, love, love puppies so I had to let everyone know about J Crew and their pet project. The designers of J Crew decided to take regular dogs and make them fashionistas. Too Cute!

Vintage GAP is back

The hit 1969 Jeans Shop returns to Robertson Boulevard in West Hollywood. The shop will feature Gap's 1969 premium jeans for adults and baby as well as an assortment of hand-picked apparel and accessories, including denim shirts, designed with spring's denim-on-denim trend in mind. Other items will include Gap's great Ts in a range of colors, belts, handbags, and shoes.
